BootCamp




These sessions will be traditional bootcamp style classes that will build endurance and strength through cardio drills, strength training and some good old-fashioned sweat. No fancy footwork needed. Please bring a fitness mat, 3-5 pound set of weights, water bottle, and a positive attitude.
All are welcome. Regardless of your fitness level, you will experience a sense of achievement through various workout options.
